    The Executive Recruiter is responsible to contract with healthcare professionals for inclusion into the National Health Care Professional Network and develop and maintain both client and physician relationships.   This position requires consistent contact with clients to understand and meet their expectations and maintains awareness regarding industry standards. The Executive Recruiter works closely with the Sales and Physician Recruitment Team, demonstrates and achieves superior customer service, and strives to meet and exceed company’s revenue objectives.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • Research sources and makes contact with potential physicians for inclusion in the National Health Care Professional Network.
    • Responsible to negotiate, obtain initial credentials, and contract with physicians into the National Health Care Professional Network.
    • Maintain key physician and client relationships and develops and implements strategies for expanding the company’s customer bas
    • Acts as a liaison between physicians and clients and actively promotes services and gathers and exchanges information as required.
    • Renegotiates contracts with active physicians as required.
    • Informs clients of updates in regards to policy changes, services and physicians.
    • Participates in research for setting fees and pricing in states assigned for recruitment.
    • Performs Open Service Requests for appointments in states where we do not currently have existing operations/physician coverage.
    • Evaluates the results of overall sales efforts regularly and reports these results to upper management.
    • Visits physicians and assists with physician credentialing efforts as needed.
    • As needed, assists in resolving client and/or physician concerns regarding services.
    • Continuously analyzes the market and competition and identifies external threats and opportunities; Adapts sales strategy to changing conditions as needed.
    • Attends all departmental meetings as directed.
    • Represents the company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, meetings, and when necessary, organizes and conducts client entertainment.
    • Maintains privacy and confidentiality of records and information at all times.
    • Participates in various educational/training as required.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    Bachelor degree in business, marketing or sales; or three years related experience in recruiting and/or outside sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of claims management relative to workers' compensation, no-fault, liability, and/or disability is preferred.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Must hold a valid state Driver’s License.
    • Ability to follow instructions and respond to upper managements’ directions accurately
    • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met.
    • Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed.
    • Knowledgeable in multiple software programs, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.
    • Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently.
    • Uses intuition and experience to effectively market the company’s services.
    • Passion and dedication to create distinctive sourcing strategies to attract healthcare professionals of the highest quality.
    • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
    • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Demonstrates the ability to develop alternative and effective solutions.
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team -oriented environment.
