The Executive Recruiter is responsible to contract with healthcare professionals for inclusion into the National Health Care Professional Network and develop and maintain both client and physician relationships. This position requires consistent contact with clients to understand and meet their expectations and maintains awareness regarding industry standards. The Executive Recruiter works closely with the Sales and Physician Recruitment Team, demonstrates and achieves superior customer service, and strives to meet and exceed company’s revenue objectives.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in business, marketing or sales; or three years related experience in recruiting and/or outside sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of claims management relative to workers' compensation, no-fault, liability, and/or disability is preferred.
